This packaging method allows the individual components to be transported more securely.

Once engraving has started, mistakes cannot be rectified.

As this is a bespoke personalised memorial, it cannot be resold once personalised. Therefore:

No refunds or returns can be accepted after you have approved the proof and production/engraving has commenced.
