Yes, non personalised items can be refunded within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange. All items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Due to the nature of our personalised products all personalised memorials are none returnable unless Faulty or broken

For personalised products, the product can be returned for a replacement if the engraving differs from that which was submitted during the ordering process, at no additional cost.

For personalised products which have been correctly engraved as to the specification on the order page, we regret that we cannot offer a refund for these items.

Yes absolutely we are available Monday to Friday 9 to 5pm

We use PayPal as a secure payment provider. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service, payment can be made with all major credit and debit cards. We will never see any of your payment details as this is done securely via PayPal for your peace of mind.

We use a trusted courier service, Parcelforce for all of our larger memorials and Fully tracked Royal mail for our smaller Memorials deliveries and all deliveries are free to UK mainland.

Yes, we can personalise all the memorial stones with your own wording at no extra charge. We do not charge per letter like some other companies.

It normally takes about 7/10 working days to complete your personalised memorial stone and have it sent. If needed sooner please ask

Yes, you can make changes to the wording/order and we can revise the sample layout for you to view, check and approve. However once approved the memorial stone will be sent to be engraved and you may be to late to change any wording.

You will receive a confirmation email of your order instructions to email over the required wording for the personalised memorial stone If not already done so .
